The ALIA Board is comprised of 10 Directors, each serving three year terms with the option for reappointment. The Board has an Executive Committee, Audit Committee and Claims Committee. The Board is tasked with the oversight of the indemnity program.
Directors are appointed to the Board by the Board of the Law Society of Alberta on the recommendation of the Executive Committee of the ALIA Board.
